Another year, another edition of Women’s Day.
We will see talks and events.
We will see promises and intentions.
But tomorrow we will go back to the routine.
When you will look around tomorrow, most of the surroundings will still have similar composition.
Most of the teams will still be same.
Most of the priorities will still be same.
Most of the outcomes will still be the same.
Lets not pledge to make this special by calling it diversity. Make it real with giving it EQUALITY.
